Rates/Hours of Service
Your initial call or email, if not answered immediately, will be returned as soon as possible. As the thought of counselling can sometimes be a panic inducing experience, feel free to have a list of questions you would like answered by Lisa before committing to setting an appointment. If you wish to proceed with booking an appointment, Lisa will do her best to book you in as quickly as possible working within her scheduled times and your preferences for appointments.
Hours of OperationDaytime appointments are available Monday through Friday. Evening appointments are available Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Fees$100.00 an hour for individual sessions $150.00 an hour for couple/family sessions $200.00 an hour for outreach sessions (Lisa is cognizant of professional schedules and needs for privacy, therefore sessions can be set at a professional’s own office, should this be deemed a best fit)
Benefits CoverageLisa McLellan is a registered clinical counsellor and her services may or may not be covered by your health care plan. Lisa will provide her curriculum vitae to your health care provider if you wish to seek coverage for her services and at the end of each session she will provide you with a receipt you can submit to your healthcare provider for possible compensation or use as a possible tax deduction for medical expenses.
Cancellation PolicyLisa requires a 24 hour cancellation notification for appointments. Recognizing that extenuating circumstances often interfere with life, should cancellation be less than 24 hours, session rental fees of $20.00 will be charged for the cancelled appointment. If Lisa hears nothing and waits for you and you don’t show up, and her phone games get really boring, a fee of $50.00 to cover room rental, time and new game download fees will be charged.
